1、管理报表相关工作：组织团队完成单月、季度结账、管理财务报表输出、以及与财报的定期对齐； 2、预算及分析：组织协同各方完成商业化年度、半年度、季度收入、成本费用的预算编制工作；对所负责部门业务收入及相关科目做定期的多维度分析，及时发现和预警异常波动；并可以在常规分析基础上不断深化和完善，提炼分析模型； 3、财务BP项目推进：从商业化整体视角出发，协同集团财务完成公司级项目的推进、以及商业化财务BP管理诉求的实现； 4、针对工作中发现的风险点，协同各方完成规则优化、流程制定、系统升级。

1、5年以上财务分析工作经验，财务专业扎实，并且可以熟练应用解决业务问题； 2、具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力强，高度的自我驱动和结果导向，有宏观视角和全局意识，责任心强； 3、熟练使用办公软件如Excel、PPT，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先； 4、参与过公司级业财数据治理、系统上线、了解财务数据系统，或具有BI经验者优先。
