1、对接PICO业务线，包括对业务的长期规划、预算编制和管理、经营分析，提升经营效率，把控财务风险； 2、负责业务的长短期预算规划，及时跟踪内外部情况变化对业务目标的影响，灵活调整资源分配； 3、基于项目生命周期的维度进行目标设定、P&L编制、过程目标管理和偏差分析，及时提示风险； 4、协同税务、总账、COE等部门，帮助业务部门提供专业的全球财税解决方案； 5、审批业务的立项、合同、采购订单等单据，评估项目ROI、支出合理性； 6、定期输出经营分析报告和专项报告，帮助业务提升经营效率。

1、本科及以上学历，优先财经类专业，5年以上财务相关工作经验； 2、有较强的财务分析功底，具有一定的逻辑思维能力和判断力； 3、有较强的沟通协调能力和学习能力，可以快速了解业务； 4、有较强的解决问题能力，推进项目进度，工作有责任心，开放谦逊，务实敢为； 5、英文可以作为工作语言，熟练运用办公软件、在线/AI办公工具。
