1、深入支持联盟业务及达人撮合场景，理解投稿数、撮合GMV、达人供给与商家需求之间的关系，为业务决策提供经营分析支持； 2、跟踪业务指标，评估重点项目和业务动作的执行效果，输出清晰的数据分析结论和优化建议； 3、与业务团队保持高频协同，联动财务BP、战略中台、数据等相关团队，推动预算、资源和经营问题的解决； 4、参与预算管理、交付管理及经营复盘机制建设，推动指标体系完善和数据透明化。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上互联网平台经营分析、商业分析、战略分析、财务BP或咨询等相关经验； 2、具备良好的业务理解能力、数据分析能力和结构化思考能力，能够从数据中识别问题并提出建议； 3、具备良好的跨团队沟通和协同能力，并推动问题解决； 4、具备良好的学习能力和判断能力，英语可作为工作语言。

加分项： 1、有联盟业务、达人撮合平台、内容商业化、广告平台或商家增长相关经验者优先。
