1、项目交付与SLA保障： 1）负责对接具体BPO项目（如推荐词、评测、编辑等），制定交付计划，监控交付进度、质量与效率，确保SLA达成； 2）建立并维护BPO指标跟踪看板，实现指标（人效、质量、延时）的线上化监控与异常报警闭环； 2、供应商管理与成本优化： 1）负责供应商的日常运营管理，包括需求对接、人员培训、问题沟通与绩效评估； 2）主导或参与BPO业务的城市下沉工作，实现降本增效； 3）管理BPO结算、产量纠偏、人力增减等审批流程，确保成本核算准确； 3、流程优化与工具提效： 1）梳理并优化BPO外发流程，形成标准化的操作文档，提升外发效率； 2）推动BPO管理链路的线上化与智能化，现质检-申诉全链路线上化，提升协同效率； 4、跨团队协作与业务支持： 1）与内部业务策略团队、供应商团队及其他运营支持团队紧密协作，确保信息同步与问题快速解决； 2）参与OKR复盘与规划，向业务负责人汇报项目进展与关键问题。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年BPO交付管理运营工作经验，有内容治理、搜索推荐、电商等相关业务经验者优先； 2、对业务风险保持敏锐度，对人效、成本、质量等运营数据敏感，能通过数据分析发现问题并推动解决； 3、具备良好的沟通统筹及学习能力、强执行力及解决问题的能力，具有高度责任感和团队合作精神，能独立完成项目的推动。
