1、负责电商搜索产品功能的服务端研发、架构设计与优化，支撑搜索增长、营销、交易转化等场景的快速迭代与稳定落地，持续提升系统在高并发、大流量、复杂策略场景下的扩展性、可维护性和研发效率； 2、负责搜索核心链路的性能优化与稳定性保障，包括接口性能、资源利用率、链路治理、故障预案、监控告警和线上问题排查； 3、推动AI搜索工程能力建设与研发效能提升，参与AI在搜索问答、意图理解、交易导购、智能评估等场景的工程化落地，打造AI驱动的新一代电商搜索体验，结合业务发展与工程实践，探索Agent、代码生成、智能排障、自动化测试、知识沉淀等方向在研发流程中的应用； 4、与产品、算法、前端、测试、数据等团队紧密协作，深入理解业务目标，能够从工程视角提出高质量解决方案并推动落地。

1、具备扎实的服务端研发基础，熟悉常见数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络、数据库、缓存、消息队列等基础知识； 2、熟悉Python、Golang中至少一种语言，具备良好的代码能力、工程习惯和问题抽象能力； 3、具备良好的系统设计能力，理解高并发、高可用、可扩展服务端系统的设计思路，有复杂业务系统或核心链路研发经验者优先； 4、具备较强的问题分析和排查能力，能够从复杂线上现象中定位问题本质，并推动系统性优化； 5、对搜索、电商、推荐、广告、交易链路、AI应用或Agent技术方向有兴趣，愿意持续学习并将新技术应用到实际业务中； 6、责任心强，积极主动，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在跨团队协作中推动复杂事项落地。

【加分项】 1、有大模型应用、Agent、RAG、智能研发工具、AI coding、自动化排障等相关实践经验； 2、有复杂业务架构演进、核心链路治理、容量建设、稳定性体系建设经验； 3、对产品体验和业务结果敏感，能够结合技术手段持续提升用户搜索体验和业务效率。
