1、负责生活服务搜索侧营销货补与发券的整体运营，对平台和商家预算在搜索的发放、核销带来的搜索DAC、GMV及ROI等核心指标负责； 2、能结合分人群、分货品、分场景的权益运营方案，持续优化平台和商家预算在搜索发放的规模和效率，扩大权益带来的搜索用户规模与增量GMV； 3、统筹全行业、资管侧预算对接，完成全链路ROI测算，联动算法侧落地预算在搜索侧的投放效果，参与营销出价策略、人群定向策略的设计与迭代，推动运营策略从人工向算法化迁移； 4、通过数据和调研，理解抖音交易搜索用户需求，围绕搜索业务目标制定合理的营销策略和运营方案，提升业务规模；深度了解增长、运营、商家和达人的痛点问题，推进跨部门合作的项目落地； 5、能洞察、关注、分析行业趋势及优秀增长案例，总结沉淀经验，探索新的交易增长运营策略。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年及以上用户增长、交易用户增长、营销运营经验，有较长周期营销带动增长（MAC、GMV）经验和营销预算管理经验者优先； 2、懂算法策略，理解货补、发券等营销工具的投入产出逻辑，有与算法团队协同落地策略的经验者优先； 3、目标导向，有良好的沟通表达能力，能够跨部门沟通和处理问题，尤其是与资管、业务方的复杂协同； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、定位机会、评估效果。
