1、负责TikTok生活服务，C端酒旅产品的日常运营与项目统筹，协同产品、设计与数据团队，推动消费者侧产品能力的建设与落地，持续提升下单转化效率与业务规模； 2、作为业务与产品之间的桥梁，深入用户与一线业务，深度挖掘并梳理消费者在搜索、详情、下单、售后等关键环节的真实痛点与诉求，将复杂的业务场景转化为清晰、有效的产品解决方案； 3、负责C端酒旅产品新功能上线及重点战役的全流程管理，主导制定清晰的GTM策略与多区域合作方案，梳理并把控整体项目时间线，确保关键目标高质量交付； 4、建立完善的用户体验与问题跟进机制，系统性收集C端全链路的体验问题、VoC与产品对标信息；基于对用户和业务的深刻理解，与产品团队保持高效、紧密的沟通与同频，推动C端产品的持续迭代优化； 5、沉淀C端酒旅产品运营相关方法论与最佳实践，搭建产品健康度数据监控与效果评估体系（转化、留存、NPS、投诉率等），持续分析核心指标，通过数据与业务洞察驱动整体规模增长。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品运营或项目管理经验，有C端互联网产品（酒旅、OTA、电商、内容、生活方式）运营经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的产品运营全链路能力，有成功主导复杂产品新功能GTM及专项全流程落地的实战经验，对业务发展、产品动态、市场格局有清晰判断； 3、对C端转化机制（落地页、价格呈现、支付、A/B实验）敏感，数据敏感度强，能独立解读漏斗数据；具备出色的跨团队沟通与资源协调整合能力，能在多方之间管理冲突并强力推动落地；面对模糊问题能主动澄清，从更全面的视角拆解，并以结构化逻辑作答； 4、愿意深入一线，具备务实求真的工作态度、强烈的自驱力、责任心与同理心； 5、英语听说读写流利，可作为日常工作语言，具备良好的商务沟通与协作能力，有英语工作环境经验者优先。
