The posting

1、负责定制连接器（高速/电源连接器等）、线缆（高速线缆、定制化线缆）的全生命周期研发设计，包括需求分析、方案选型、结构设计、电气性能优化、工艺设计及样品制作； 2、主导连接器、线缆的性能测试与验证，针对传输损耗、阻抗匹配、信号完整性（SI）、结构可靠性等核心指标，制定测试方案，分析测试数据，推动问题整改优化； 3、负责连接器、线缆的供应商技术管理与产品适配协同，包括技术评估、样品验证，配合IQC完成来料检验标准制定与执行，解决与硬件、结构等部门的适配问题，保障产品电气性能、结构稳定性及工程落地可行性； 4、跟踪行业技术趋势（如高速互联、低损耗线缆、新型连接器封装等），引入新技术、新材料、新工艺，支撑产品技术升级； 5、处理生产、测试及线上反馈的连接器、线缆相关技术问题，提供技术解决方案，推动产品迭代优化。

1、电子工程、机械、材料等专业硕士研究生学历以上，5年及以上连接器、线缆研发或相关工作经验； 2、精通连接器（高速/电源连接器优先）、线缆的结构设计、电气特性及制造工艺，熟悉各类连接器（如板对板、线对板、射频连接器）、线缆（如差分线、同轴线、多芯线缆）的选型与应用； 3、具备扎实的信号完整性（SI）、传输损耗、阻抗匹配相关知识，能独立完成连接器、线缆的性能测试与问题分析，熟练使用测试仪器者优先（如网络分析仪、示波器等）； 4、熟悉连接器、线缆相关行业标准（如USB、HDMI、PCIe等），掌握CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，能独立完成结构设计与图纸绘制； 5、具备供应商管理经验，能有效对接供应商，推动技术落地与质量管控，有高速连接器、低损耗线缆研发经验者优先； 6、具备较强的问题解决能力、逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力，工作严谨负责，有良好的团队协作精神和创新意识。
