1、计算化学、药物化学、计算生物学或化学信息学等相关专业硕士及以上学位； 2、参与过药物研发项目，熟悉计算化学及虚拟药物筛选流程，具备与药物化学、结构生物学及生物学团队密切协作的能力； 3、具有基于Gromacs、OpenMM等分子动力学/计算化学平台进行算法开发、源码改造或方法集成的经验，熟悉相关软件的构建、安装与性能优化流程；从事过自由能计算方法研发或改进者优先； 4、具有机器学习/深度学习在药物研发中应用经验者优先。
