日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与挖掘热点自动生产模板及模板效果自适应探索项目，跟进模板效果优化算法模型迭代和测评，协助进行测评标准更新以及训练数据筛选整理； 2、协助内容验证与数据整理，跟进自动生产模板上线后的效果验证，维护供给与验证数据，输出周期性数据小结； 3、支持模板消费体验优化需求，协助收集模板效果不适配案例，参与产品及国内外新内容形式的研究分析； 4、完成其他日常产品支持工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习4天，可连续实习3个月；审美在线、网感强，是醒图/Hypic等修图及模板类产品的重度用户，熟悉Canva、Picsart等修图工具产品者优先； 3、对内容创作趋势敏感，关注INS/Pinterest等社媒平台的热门内容形式； 4、细心踏实、执行力强，具备良好的数据整理与分析能力，熟练使用Excel、AI生图、AI Agent等工具。
