团队介绍：剪映商业化服务端工程团队主要负责剪映Capcut、醒图，以及AIGC产品在内的商业化业务开发工作。我们围绕权益供给、商品支付、权益消费、广告分发优化等方向，做好业务场景抽象、平台化、架构设计，支持剪映Capcut全球商业化的快速增长，并给团队成员提供充分的成长自我机会。

1、权益供给：负责商业资源的权益设计实现、分发等相关工作； 2、权益交易：负责商品、订单、发货等核心环节，提升支付转化率等； 3、权益消费：负责管理用户商业化数据，聚焦于权益消费、用户营销等相关环节； 4、广告工程：负责广告的分发、配置下发、用户体验保障等相关工作。

1、计算机、通信或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备1年及以上的服务端工程开发经验； 2、优秀的编码与代码控制能力，拥有扎实的计算机基础知识； 3、熟悉MySQL 、Memcache、Redis、消息队列等常用服务组件； 4、熟悉互联网架构体系，对微服务治理、稳定性建设、性能优化、流控等有较好的理解和实践； 5、思维积极主动、自我驱动力强，能够深入了解业务并与各个角色建立良好沟通，能独立负责业务，并迅速推进项目和问题的解决； 6、有电商或者交易系统经验优先。
