日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、面向即梦APP的视频生成与内容创作场景，参与视频模型的接入、推理部署与服务建设，推动前沿模型能力在业务中落地； 2、参与推理与数据生产流程的自动化建设，与算法、产品团队协作，支持模型迭代与业务实验； 3、解决业务场景的真实问题，通过技术手段支持好即梦APP业务迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的数据结构与算法基础，了解多模态大模型基本原理（DiT、自回归生成等），对模型部署、性能优化或并行计算有经验； 3、具有出色的分析、解决问题的能力，能深入解决大模型训练、推理、评测、应用中存在的问题，有自主探索解决方案的能力； 4、对生成式人工智能及内容创作产品有好奇心，愿意理解业务需求，具备主动学习和沟通协作能力。

加分项 1、熟悉GPU体系结构与常见的推理优化手段（量化/算子融合/Cache），有Diffusers/vLLM-Omni等主流推理框架开发经验； 2、熟悉多模态大模型的训练与评测机制，熟悉训练数据的筛选、处理、清洗等流程。
