1、负责BPO外包服务团队交付结果，承接上游业务需求及BPO供应商运营管理对接； 2、搭建外包职场交付体系，围绕质量管理、人员管理、现场管理、效率管理开展日常运营，保障业务指标达成与合规运营； 3、通过数据分析与行业对标定位供应商管理薄弱环节，制定并落地改善路径，协同推动目标达成；制定外包用工解决方案，优化交付质量与效率，针对低绩效供应商实施专项改善；维护供应商合作关系，解决合作冲突； 4、运用AI工具辅助质检抽检与流程话术优化，指导一线客服使用AI能力提升服务效率，具备AI或智能经验者优先。

1、本科学历及以上，3-5年以上外包服务商对接经验，擅长推动供应商的质量达成； 2、具备用户服务视角，能够基于用户问题解决视角做决策和问题反馈； 3、熟练运用观测指标与结果指标进行数据解读，能基于数据快速采取有效管理动作； 4、具备良好的沟通表达和逻辑思维能力，较强的数据分析与判断能力，出色的资源协调和跨部门沟通能力； 5、目标导向，优秀的自驱力及学习能力，敬业精神和团队协作精神，具有较强的责任心及执行力，及时响应日常事务，能适应业务时间特殊性； 6、对AI产品有一定的认知，能够熟练使用AI类产品进行团队提效。
