1、负责剪映底层特效SDK与渲染引擎的研发，建设基于渲染引擎能力的AI Agent工具链，探索AI驱动的视频特效生产与消费体验； 2、负责特效SDK架构设计与维护，保障多端渲染一致性与可扩展性；持续优化渲染性能与用户体验，解决复杂渲染瓶颈；设计并实现调色、人像美化、转场等基础特效能力； 3、基于特效SDK与渲染引擎能力，设计并建设Agent可调用的Skill体系，将渲染能力封装为标准化的AI可调用接口；研发面向视频特效场景的Agent，实现从意图到特效参数、渲染流程的自动映射与执行；建设配套CLI工具，为Agent调用、开发者调试、特效流水线自动化提供统一的命令行入口；Skill/Agent/CLI与特效SDK、渲染引擎深度耦合，需在引擎层设计适配Agent调用的能力接口； 4、探索Code2Video（代码驱动视频生成）等前沿方向在特效SDK中的落地；探索面向C端的AI驱动特效玩法，将Agent能力包装为可直接消费的视频效果。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，有NOI、ACM、TopCoder等竞赛经验者优先； 2、扎实的C/C++编程基础，熟悉Python/JavaScript等编程语言，能够快速学习其他端的编程语言； 3、熟悉OpenGL/Metal/Vulkan等至少一种图形API，理解GPU渲染管线； 4、熟悉视频拍摄/录制/编辑相关框架，熟悉FFmpeg原理，有图形渲染引擎、多媒体SDK或多端视频编辑软件开发经验者优先； 5、对AI Agent、LLM应用有实践经验或强烈兴趣，理解Agent/Skill/Tool调用范式，有AI Agent方向开发经验、熟悉大模型相关知识和Agent架构者优先； 6、有CLI工具设计、SDK架构设计、AI生成视频或AIGC相关项目经验，业余爱好视频拍摄、视频编辑，有移动端、桌面端视频编辑软件使用经验者优先。
