1、负责剪映系产品商业化方向的前端研发工作，参与会员、订阅、支付、权益、积分、营销活动、资源位、团队版、经营后台等业务模块建设； 2、参与Web、H 5、Lynx、跨端容器等多端前端场景研发，支持剪映、CapCut、醒图、Hypic、即梦、Dreamina、小云雀、Pippit等产品的商业化功能落地； 3、参与商业化链路的体验优化与性能优化，提升用户体验和业务转化效率； 4、参与商业化前端基础能力建设，包括中台化、活动基建、品质保障和架构优化等； 5、参与AI/Agent在商业化场景中的落地，包括面向不同角色的Agent智能助手、AI研发提效等方向探索。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉前端基础知识体系，有良好的编码规范和工程化质量意识； 3、能够主动使用AI工具辅助学习、编码、调试、测试和文档生成，并能识别、校验和修正AI输出中的问题； 4、具备较强的学习能力、自驱力和责任心，愿意主动承担具备挑战的任务，对个人成长负责； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神，能够与产品、设计、后端、客户端、测试等角色高效协同。

加分项： 1、有Web前端、移动端H 5、小程序、Lynx、React Native、跨端容器等项目经验者优先； 2、有AI/大模型/Agent相关项目实践经验者优先，如智能助手、自动问答、知识库/RAG、自动化验证、工作流编排、AI辅助编码等； 3、有开源项目、技术博客、竞赛获奖、复杂课程项目或可展示作品者优先。
