ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：Commercial AI 负责中国交易与广告的to B应用统一模型建设，包含基础模型能力、AI Infra、统一商业数据、评测等方向。

1、将部分业务流程抽象为可交互环境（State/Action/Reward），实现评估用业务沙箱的子模块； 2、参与开发大模型/Agent自动评测流水线：任务编排、模型调用、日志采集、打分与结果汇总； 3、协助工程化落地LLM-As-A-Judge、自动Red-Teaming（攻防评估）等组件的原型，实现和调优基础功能； 4、编写高质量代码与单元测试，完善文档，参与线上系统的调试与监控； 5、与算法研究员、算法工程师、产品、运营等同学配合，共同推进项目落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、扎实的编程基础，熟练使用Python，熟悉一种后端/服务开发或数据处理框架优先； 3、有大模型/Agent相关项目经验者优先（课程作业、个人项目、开源均可）； 4、对系统工程、平台建设有兴趣，乐于做可靠、可复用的基础设施，认真负责，沟通顺畅，愿意在实践中快速学习新技术； 5、有推荐/广告/电商/交易相关项目或实习经历者优先； 6、每周出勤至少3天，实习周期不少于3个月，可6个月以上长期实习优先。
