1、团队专注国际化广告客户增长算法研发，依托个性化推荐、深度学习与大模型技术搭建广告客户增长算法体系，优化国际化商业平台运转效率，赋能业务实现营收长效可持续增长； 2、负责大模型与Agent的研发与落地，服务于在平台经营和投广的国际化商家，覆盖电商、游戏、应用、品牌等多个行业及独立App/平台Web/私信/邮件/电话外呼等多个场景，需实现客户问题解答、经营状态理解、商机诊断、工具调用、长程任务完成及智能营销说服等功能，聚焦模型销售与经营专家级能力打造，包括理解、推理、多轮沟通、行动引导和持续学习能力，通过长程对话帮助客户提升投放效果，驱动业务增长； 3、调研并应用前沿的大规模模型高效训练/推理方案，包括但不限于极致优化SFT、RM、RLHF等技术，推动大模型在商业销售场景的深度应用与性能突破，同时聚焦LLM的Post-training技术及RL与LLM-Agent相结合的交叉研究与应用落地，探索强化学习在智能营销、客户转化等业务场景中的创新应用； 4、运用深度学习、大语言模型等技术，持续优化商业场景下的语义理解、信息抽取、意图识别等任务，提升CRM客户管理产品的智能化水平与用户体验； 5、负责客户画像构建、商机智能推荐、营销智能机器人等业务模块的算法研发与效果优化，通过数据驱动的方式提升客户转化效率与销售产能。

1、机器学习、人工智能、数理统计、计算机科学等相关专业背景，硕士学位及以上优先； 2、熟悉大模型的相关基础知识，具备大语言模型相关训练或推理的实践经验，对LLM Post-Training技术（如SFT/RLHF/DPO等）有深入理解和实践经验者优先； 3、熟悉智能体领域，了解Agentic RL、Tool Learning、ReAct等常见方法，有智能体相关项目经验者优先； 4、扎实的机器学习理论基础与落地实践经验，具备自然语言处理、搜索引擎、推荐系统、数据挖掘相关项目经验者优先； 5、优秀的工程落地能力，熟练掌握Python等编程语言，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，具备大规模模型训练/优化/部署经验者优先； 6、有激情、不畏难、乐于挑战、快速尝试，乐于深入了解业务知识，具备出色的逻辑思维能力、独立解决问题能力与良好的团队协作沟通表达能力，能够跨团队协作推动项目落地，具备国际化团队协作经验者优先。
