1、负责即创平台Web端业务的研发与迭代，包括但不限于：数字人、AIGC口播、视频生成、Agent等创意工具链路的产品化落地； 2、负责灵感工具相关体验与工程实现、资产管理体系的管理、检索、预审、推荐、分析等能力建设； 3、与算法、后端、产品/设计紧密协作，完成从需求澄清、方案设计到高质量交付的全流程工作，在复杂链路（生成、编辑、资产回流、投放联动等）中推动体验闭环； 4、负责前端工程问题的持续治理与优化，包括但不限于：复杂业务状态与多步骤流程（创意生产链路）建模、可维护性提升、面向大规模业务的性能优化、面向稳定性与可观测性的建设、公共组件/业务中台能力沉淀，提升团队整体研发效率与一致性； 5、AI产品形态探索，让AI能更好地理解/辅助用户完成创意生产，打造“更懂业务、更懂创作”的交互与前端基础能力。

1、具备扎实的前端基础（HTML/CSS/JavaScript），理解浏览器渲染、事件模型、网络与缓存等原理，熟练使用主流前端框架，并理解组件化、状态管理、性能优化等核心方法；熟练使用TypeScript，能在代码库中进行类型建模与工程治理； 2、具备复杂业务系统研发经验：能将需求拆解成合理的模块边界，设计可扩展的前端架构（路由、数据层、组件层、领域模型等）； 3、具备一定的Node.js、工程化经验（构建、发布、CI、质量检查、依赖治理等），能推动工程效率提升； 4、对性能与体验优化有体系化方法：能针对真实场景定位瓶颈（加载、渲染、交互、内存），并输出可量化的改进结果； 5、良好的沟通协作能力，能在跨团队协作中推进问题落地，并对业务目标和业务逻辑保持敏感； 6、能从“用户创作/生产链路”视角思考产品：不仅实现功能，也能主动识别体验断点与效率损耗点，有主人翁意识，面对不确定问题（复杂链路、跨团队边界、质量风险）能主动推动闭环。
