1、负责Windows、macOS双端AI Agent SDK开发，为字节跳动应用提供桌面端AI Agent能力； 2、参与业务方需求评审，制定技术方案和架构设计，确保业务顺利推进； 3、开发高质量、可维护的代码，确保SDK及上层业务的稳定性和性能，解决技术难题； 4、对AI应用落地有热情，愿意探索AI与操作系统、桌面应用交互新范式； 5、关注前沿技术及产品动向，并推动新技术在PC端落地。

1、3年以上桌面端开发经验，熟悉桌面应用程序的架构设计及实现； 2、精通C/C++语言，熟悉STL标准库，有跨平台桌面应用开发经验；对技术有激情，学习能力强，责任心强，善于沟通和合作；有桌面端研发、终端安全研发、逆向分析经验者优先； 3、各端要求（任一方向皆可）： 1）Windows平台：①深入了解Windows系统原理，包括窗口/消息机制、UI自动化，线程/进程管理、文件操作、内存管理等；②熟练使用Visual Studio进行开发、调试和性能分析，具备独立定位崩溃，卡死，内存泄漏等问题的能力；③熟练使用Sysinternals Suite工具集（windbg、dbgview、procexp、procmon、gflags等），可独立分析疑难问题； 2）macOS平台：①熟练掌握Objective-C或Swift，熟悉Appkit及macOS系统级框架（如无障碍API，Quartz Event Service，窗口管理等），能够构建原生，流畅，稳定的桌面应用体验；②丰富的macOS应用层开发及架构经验，深入理解进程与权限模型，RunLoop与渲染机制，主导复杂桌面应用的架构设计与落地；③熟悉Instruments，LLDB，oTool等macOS开发调试工具，具备系统调优，疑难问题定位修复经验。
