1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、了解采购或合规基本流程，对风险控制逻辑有基本认知且对合规管理有热情； 3、具备较强的数据整理与分析能力；逻辑清晰、责任心强，细心、能推进事情落地； 4、学习能力强，善于沟通与跨团队协作； 5、有用AI工具解决问题的能力；英文口语及书面语流利，可作为办公语言。
