1、大模型训练与优化（核心）：负责大语言模型（LLM）的预训练（Pre-Training）、指令微调（SFT）以及基于人类反馈的强化学习（RLHF/DPO）等核心算法研发；主导高质量训练数据的挖掘、清洗、配比与评测体系建设，持续提升模型在通用或垂直领域的表现；追踪并复现前沿的大模型技术（如新架构、长上下文优化、MoE等），解决模型幻觉、逻辑推理等关键问题； 2、业务工具链与智能体（Agent/Skill）开发：开发并完善涵盖数据处理、自动化评测、版本管理等环节的LLM全生命周期工具链；深入理解具体业务场景，针对业务痛点研发定制化大模型工具链（如自动化内容质量把控、垂直领域分析提效工具等），确保AI技术精准落地并产生业务价值；负责模型外部工具集（Tool-use/Function Call）的定义与开发，将模型能力原子化，使大模型能够通过调用外部插件、数据库、API接口执行复杂任务； 3、检索增强生成（RAG）系统建设：负责设计与搭建基于大模型的RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）系统，解决模型在特定业务场景下的知识时效性与准确性问题；优化RAG链路中的核心模块，包括文档解析、Embedding模型微调、向量检索策略优化（如多路召回、重排序Rerank）以及Prompt工程。

1、计算机、人工智能、数学、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士学位优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，精通Python，熟悉C++/Go等至少一门后端语言，熟练使用Linux开发环境； 3、深入理解深度学习原理，熟练掌握PyTorch框架； 4、熟悉主流开源大模型架构（如Llama、Qwen、ChatGLM、Mistral等），具备SFT/RLHF训练调优实际经验；熟悉分布式训练框架（如DeepSpeed、Megatron-LM、FSDP等），有集群训练经验者优先；熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等大模型应用开发框架；熟悉向量数据库（如Milvus、FAISS、Chroma等）及Elasticsearch的使用与调优； 5、具备较强的英文文献阅读能力，能够快速跟进AI领域的最新学术进展； 6、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题拆解能力以及团队协作精神，对前沿技术有强烈的好奇心。
