1、本科及以上学历，2年以上用户运营工作经验，有电商平台背景优先； 2、对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析与归因能力，能分析复杂业务的问题并识别机会，指导运营动作调优； 3、自驱力强，具有强烈的学习意愿和工作热情，能独立思考并主动寻求多种解决方案，对长期项目有韧性、关注业务长期价值； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够在高复杂度项目中高效协同内外部团队，推动关键项目落地、最终拿到结果。
