1、基于NSR、申诉、客户投诉、举报等渠道，洞察用户在账号、内容等不同体裁产品中的痛点，发现并定位安全、生态方向体验异常信号，下探拆解问题，给出解决建议，并推动问题解决； 2、系统化梳理各渠道异常信号定位逻辑，形成体验线索评估体系感知、研判、定级、流转、优化、效果验证，通过指标的建设、追踪，保证评估体系的合理性； 3、基于体系运维，看清不同体裁产品、重点经营类创作者的大类体验问题，周期性完成分析报告，给出针对关键问题解决的优化方案，协调业务资源，推进优化方案落地执行； 4、在体系的各环节，落地AI工具、大模型应用，探索体系运维提效，推动体验线索量级提升，同时，负责评估体系的推广应用，不断提升评估体系的业务影响面。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上业务运营或治理经验，有安全治理、用户体验相关经验优先； 2、熟练掌握策略性思维，逻辑清晰，擅长数据分析，有良好的书面表达、总结复盘能力； 3、良好的资源协调和沟通能力，能有效协调多方资源达成目标，以目标为导向，积极推动问题落地； 4、工作上有强烈的责任感与使命感，自我驱动不断提升。
