1、深入游戏治理治理业务场景，围绕文本、图片、语音、视频等内容风险识别需求，参与机审策略制定、模型能力建设与效果迭代，提升内容安全识别的准确率、召回率与处置效率； 2、结合游戏业务特点，围绕LLM/VLM/多模态模型能力，参与数据构建、评测集建设、效果评测、负样本分析、数据回流、质量监控等关键环节，推动模型能力在内容治理场景中的落地应用； 3、联动治理、算法、研发、产品等团队，基于业务目标拆解问题，设计并推进模型运营方案，持续优化风险识别效果、治理链路效率及整体治理成本； 4、负责游戏内容治理相关模型机审能力的日常运营与迭代，建立评测标准、监控指标与SOP机制，沉淀可复用的方法论，支持不同风险场景和业务阶段的快速复制； 5、关注AI Engineering、LLMOps/EvalOps、Agent、多模态理解、工具调用等前沿能力，结合游戏治理实际场景判断可用性，并推动新技术在治理业务中的验证与应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关方向优先，对前沿AI技术保持关注，具备AI模型应用实践经验优先； 2、具备AI模型应用或算法工程相关实践经验，熟悉模型训练/微调、推理调用、效果评测、数据构建、线上应用中的一个或多个关键环节，有游戏行业相关经历者优先； 3、熟练掌握Python，具备基础工程开发能力，熟悉SQL/PySpark或其他数据处理工具，能够独立完成数据分析、样本构建、实验验证与效果归因； 4、具备较强的问题拆解和方案设计能力，能够基于业务需求和问题快速建立分析框架，输出可执行方案； 5、具备良好的沟通协作和项目推进能力，能够在复杂业务场景中与算法、工程、产品、审核运营等多角色高效协同，推动方案快速落地并持续迭代。
