1、本科及以上学历，2年以上电商搜索运营/电商活动营销等相关工作经验； 2、对电商搜索的基本功能、概念、逻辑有所了解，有搜索运营、活动营销经历更优； 3、具备良好的数据敏感度和业务敏感度，有良好的数据分析能力，能基于业务现状及数据现状，制定优化方案并实际实施； 4、具有较好的项目管理、流程搭建和实施能力，有独立负责项目的经验，跨团队协作和沟通能力强； 5、具有强烈的学习意愿和工作热情，能够适应快速工作节奏。
