1、本科及以上学历，风险敏感度和政策解读能力良好，能及时关注政策变化，调整业务策略，确保公司业务合规运营； 2、具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维和沟通能力，通过合理有效的数据挖掘与特征提炼，定义问题，协同各部门进行有效沟通，推动问题解决； 3、自驱力良好，有较强的学习意愿和创新能力。
