1、本科及以上学历，具备技术背景、平台项目或AI应用落地经验； 2、有平台类服务业务运营、产品建设经验，深度理解业务逻辑、策略设计与系统能力； 3、具B端用户感受与用户视角，能精准洞察用户需求，独立思考并转化为管理策略、产品方案； 4、有管理策略、服务产品、智能产品运营相关经验优先，能跨部门协同与项目落地； 5、逻辑严谨，具备问题判断、需求拆解、与解决方案输出能力，热衷AI在服务场景的创新应用。
