1、常态化开展业务全链路风险摸排与问题挖掘，主动识别标准、策略、流程、工具各环节问题，快速推进问题定位、根因分析与整改落地，形成长效管控机制，促进风险防控能力的完善； 2、对应急响应和防控效果进行评估，从应急协同、风险识别、处置维度明确改善点，持续推进应急能力提升； 3、梳理优化日常业务常规协作流程，聚焦流程冗余、效率卡点等核心痛点，推进流程简化、模型工具使用，提升运转效率，实现业务平稳高效运营。

1、本科及以上学历，至少三年以上互联网内容安全产品经验，策略产品、机审运营、人审运营等经验优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑思维，数据思维好，能够通过业务数据发现问题并提出系统化的解决方案； 3、有一定的责任心及自驱力，沟通协作能力强，能够搞定复杂的协作关系，和业务共同承担业务目标； 4、具备全局视野，有良好的业务思维，不局限于承接业务需求，对业务模式、趋势有一定思考和判断，能够主动挖掘产品提升点，与业务深度合作； 5、项目管理经验加分项。
