1、负责今日头条/西瓜视频/抖音等平台搜索安全策略工作，不限于图文/短视频/直播/电商/生活服务/电商/AI等方向； 2、快速处置突发情况，分析定位安全与体验问题，制定改进方案，迭代安全策略和工具，持续提升关键指标，降低线上风险和事故、并平衡体验损失； 3、精通互联网内容安全管控要求，理解用户需求和产品定位，针对产品新上线功能，精准评估风险并制定合规方案，保障产品平稳增长； 4、与产品、技术等部门沟通协作，协调上下游和横向资源，协同完成需求。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上内容安全工作经验，1年以上策略运营经验，有搜索或AI经验优先； 2、具备产品和策略思维，善于精准洞察问题本质并输出落地解决方案，具备快速学习能力和适应能力，对业务保持探索精神与创新意识； 3、具备数据分析能力和判断力，善于研判和分析归纳案例，通过数据发现问题、总结规律并推进解决； 4、具备抗压能力及沟通表达能力，冷静并敏锐应对内外部环境变化，与上下游团队建立良好协作关系。
