1、负责所BP业务的内控合规体系建设并完成日常合规支持，搭建风险识别、评估、监控机制并推动系统层面的治理动作落地，提升该业务对风险的识别和应对能力； 2、主动挖掘业务风险，针对中、高风险的业务场景执行风险评估专项，设计并推动优化措施落地，有效控制风险事件的发生； 3、针对重要业务内容进行事前、事中的内控合规评估，识别潜在风险，并给出有效的应对方案，支持业务合规发展； 4、定期跟踪、监控业务中的各项风险和合规问题，并根据组织和业务的发展需求，制定业务流程和标准规范，推进业务合规标准化建设； 5、独立或协作开展合规文化工作，执行定期或不定期的合规活动、宣传事项，提升员工合规意识。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上审计咨询等行业内控、内审、风控相关工作经验； 3、逻辑思维强，具有数据分析、问题发现、跨部门沟通协作与项目推进能力，能够独立执行风险评估项目并推动问题解决； 4、具有良好的职业道德和团队协作能力，善于思考，工作积极主动。
