1、支持线上用户需求洞察，围绕真实社交场景、数据和需求形成结构化拆解，沉淀标注、评测需求并明确生产链路，协同算法团队持续迭代产品； 2、制定并搭建社交产品模型训练数据策略、评测机制，支持评测集、训练集搭建，监测模型回复质量并推动问题归因与优化； 3、负责细分任务的交付统筹，对数据质量、执行方式、产能规划、人员培养/筛选、风险识别与解决负责； 4、深入理解业务场景，推动数据标评流程、生产工具、大模型预标工具等方向的提效探索与落地； 5、基于标注结果进行系统性评测，联合质检、算法、运营完成评测报告输出，并支持QA/功能测试等相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上产品运营工作经验，有AI产品、社交产品或评测运营经验优先； 2、理解大模型评测、训练、迭代的基本原理和执行方式，有模型数据交付、评测机制搭建经验优先； 3、具备较强的社交产品意识、对话理解与内容创作能力，能围绕角色设定、对话场景、用户情绪判断内容质量； 4、具备良好的沟通表达、跨团队协同与方案设计能力，能清晰拆解问题、输出方案并推动上下游协同； 5、具备较强数据意识，能够围绕指标、卡点和效果做量化分析，并通过业务数据反哺策略与生产方案迭代； 6、候选人过往不能仅停留在纯标注执行层，需具备评测项目视角、业务理解和一定站位，对业务接受度高，有共情力、网感和灵活的内容判断能力。
