1、内容质量与体验保障：负责红果短剧平台内容生态的质量管理与体验保障，围绕内容质量、用户体验及业务目标，承接产品、运营侧治理需求，推动质检规则和运营标准持续优化、落地； 2、关键业务场景治理：覆盖短剧内容分发全链路，包括内容上架与分类、合集及IP运营、站内资源位管理，保障内容供给稳定、合规，持续提升用户消费体验； 3、质量监控与问题闭环：搭建并维护内容质量监控机制，定期跟踪关键运营数据，识别内容误判、漏检及体验波动等问题，开展归因分析，制定可落地的优化方案，并推动问题闭环解决； 4、专项治理与效率优化：针对业务中的重点问题及风险信号，组织跨团队对齐和专项治理，持续优化质检及运营流程，提升内容治理质量与整体运转效率； 5、标准及知识体系建设：沉淀业务规则、典型案例和实践方法，建立并持续完善标准化SOP与知识库，推动运营标准统一，降低团队协作及业务执行成本； 6、培训宣导与协作管理：负责新人培训、规则宣导及日常答疑，帮助一线运营和合作方准确理解并执行标准，在多团队、多用工模式下建立常态化沟通机制，拉齐判断口径，保障业务平稳、高效运转。

1、本科及以上学历，有互联网内容质管、内容运营或内容质检经验，有短剧、视频平台、内容社区经验或了解短剧、网文及泛娱乐内容者优先； 2、有质量标准、质检规则或SOP制定及优化经验，能够结合业务问题完善标准并推动落地； 3、具备培训宣导或新人带教经验，能够独立制作培训材料、开展规则讲解并跟进培训效果； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过质量及运营数据发现问题、分析原因，并提出可落地的优化方案；熟练使用Excel等常用数据工具； 5、具备良好的内容判断、跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够协调多方解决问题并推动闭环； 6、责任心强、严谨细致，能够适应快速变化的业务节奏。
