1、5年及以上经营分析/商业分析/运营分析工作经验； 2、有结构化思维能力，能快速理解业务逻辑，并根据优化点协调推动相关部门共同落地；有从0-1搭建分析框架，推动分析结果落地的经验为佳； 3、善于沟通交流，有跨业务跨团队沟通协作的经验，可以主动和业务对接需求；逻辑思考能力强，自驱力和好奇心强，做事情有闭环思维； 4、有团队管理经验及横向的项目统筹能力，善于推动项目的实际落地，拿到业务结果； 5、具备基础的SQL等数据处理能力。
