1、负责众包业务任务调度策略的设计与优化，基于任务供需、人员产能、履约时效和质量表现等数据，制定任务分发、人员匹配及优先级规则； 2、持续监控核心指标并分析调度效果，推动策略实验、规则迭代和系统化落地，提升任务履约效率、资源利用率及交付稳定性； 3、基于业务数据进行调度效果分析，评估不同策略对完成率、时效、成本、质量等指标的影响，为策略迭代提供数据支持； 4、参与调度策略实验设计与效果评估，包括规则与能力适配、分层分流、A/B测试等，持续提升任务分配的准确性和稳定性； 5、协同业务运营、产品、研发等团队，推进调度规则系统化、工具化建设，提升调度管理效率和策略执行一致性；并能结合业务变化、人员结构和任务特征，完善调度机制与应急预案，保障高峰期、突发场景下任务稳定交付。

1、本科及以上学历，具备较强的数据分析能力（能熟练SQL或其他数据分析工具为加分项）、逻辑思维能力和业务敏感度； 2、熟悉众包运营、人力任务调度、供需匹配、产品管理等场景者优先；能够基于效率、成本、质量、时效等目标设计调度策略，通过数据分析持续优化任务分发和人员匹配规则，推动策略落地与持续迭代； 3、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力、责任心和结果导向。
