1、业务建模与全链路运营优化：负责内容风控场景下的模型需求挖掘、落地与业务链路优化，精准识别并突破现有业务流程卡点，持续拓展大模型、Agent和工具在内容风控领域的应用边界与价值上限； 2、大模型与Agent能力建设：主导大模型在内容风控场景的落地与迭代，支持模型设计、数据工程、后训练（SFT&RL）、模型效果评估等全链路工作；推动Agent框架在风险感知、应急处置与攻防评估场景的建设与应用，负责auto-Workflow、multi Agents、Harness等原子能力的建设与业务落地，系统输出实验认知并应用于解决成熟业务治理瓶颈； 3、多模态与传统模型融合应用：灵活应用传统计算机视觉/文本、图网络等相关模型，及各模态大模型与新型生产工具，掌握系统实验方法，持续突破模型准召天花板；兼具经营思维，擅长选用ROI最优的解法，沉淀认知并抽象业务范式，平衡治理需求与业务增长需求； 4、风控链路梳理与效率提升：主导风控业务整体模型链路的梳理、衔接与重构，从模型运营视角推动业务流程标准化与自动化，优化人机协作流程，系统性提升内容质量管控效率与质量； 5、日常运营与效能治理：负责模型链路的日常运营迭代、资源利用率优化及异常问题排查与闭环，建立监控与预警机制，保障模型服务的稳定性与业务支撑能力； 6、跨团队协作与项目管理：与跨业务线产品运营、算法、业务团队紧密合作，高效、规范推进项目管理；了解并持续跟进技术发展方向，在各业务场景治理效果、效率上持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先，具备扎实的数据分析能力，精通数据分析方法，能够独立完成数据提取、分析与结论输出； 2、有模型训练、AI产品落地或大模型应用相关经验，参与过大语言模型/多模态模型的训练和优化迭代过程，包括预训练、SFT以及强化学习等，具备策略调优经验或业务流程设计经验； 3、了解大语言模型技术原理，对人机辅助具备实践意愿与行动能力，熟悉AI在复杂业务场景的落地逻辑，具备风控策略设计能力，具备强风险敏感度，能快速定位并响应突发风控事件； 4、具备出色的跨部门协作能力，可推动产品、技术、业务团队高效协同；对新技术有较强学习能力与学习热情，结构化思维良好，能够较好理解业务需求，善于总结归纳。
