1、本科及以上学历，有团队交付管理经验者优先，良好的逻辑能力，擅长数据分析、目标拆解与落地； 2、1年以上内容安全业务团队管理经验，对于内容安全业务交付有扎实的业务基础； 3、具备良好的沟通协同意识，能有效推进跨团队合作； 4、具备强烈的好奇心、同理心、上进心，用户意识佳。
