1、负责底线安全、违法违规内容、青少年保护等多安全业务场景的模型运营，支持模型结构设计、数据工程、模型训练迭代、模型效果评估等全链路工作，保证业务需求稳定交付；负责Autope、SFT、Multi Agents等模型能力构建，攻克业务治理瓶颈； 2、灵活应用传统文本、计算机视觉、图网络等相关模型，及各模态大模型与新型生产工具，掌握系统实验方法，持续突破模型准召天花板，兼具经营思维，擅长选ROI最优的解，沉淀认知并抽象业务范式，平衡治理需求与业务增长需求； 3、与跨业务线产品运营、算法团队合作，高效、规范项目管理，了解并持续跟进大模型技术原理，在各业务场景治理效果、效率上持续领跑行业。

1、计算机相关专业背景优先，有模型训练、业务流设计、策略设计、内容治理类工作经验者优先； 2、熟悉PE的大模型应用，有SFT经验，对于RL、RAG等应用有认知；有Workflow或者Agent的搭建经验；具备机器学习基础，明晰模型算法在机审场景的边界ACM挑战赛获奖者优先，在ACL、EMNLP、NAACL、COLING、ICCV、ECCV、CVPR、NeurIPS、ICLR、AAAI、CoNLL、NLPCC发表过期刊者优先； 3、需要熟练掌握SQL，具备Python数据开发和处理能力，能够基于数据独立分析业务问题； 4、有较强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作；对于机审业务或者大模型应用有好奇心，关注大模型前沿技术，愿意挑战复杂问题且有解决问题的韧性； 5、投递前可准备： 1）基础SQL会在面试阶段现场口述代码； 2）Agent/Workflow相关作品提前准备作品集或作品链接，没有Demo的同学前置体验扣子。
