1、基于品牌建设、产品上市和传播目标，开展品牌与行业洞察，产出广告核心概念、创意、传播策略和叙事方案； 2、负责项目简报的文字策略、创意概念、Storyline和核心表达，与视觉开发设计师共同形成完整、可用于客户沟通和制作执行的简报文件； 3、参与必要的比稿和客户现场提案，清晰表达创意逻辑、制作思路和方案价值，并根据反馈快速迭代； 4、与AI影像导演、后期总监、执行制片共同评估创意落地路径，在艺术表达、AI生成、实拍和预算之间找到可执行方案； 5、沉淀高端品牌广告的创意方法论，支持实验室建立统一但灵活的创意标准和提案材料体系。

1、具备成熟广告代理公司、创意热店、品牌内容团队或精品制作公司创意策划经验，有完整品牌广告Campaign或高质量商业短片案例； 2、具备扎实的品牌洞察、策略推导、文字表达和叙事能力，能独立完成从需求分析到创意概念、简报和提案材料的关键产出； 3、具备优秀的审美判断和跨工种沟通能力，理解视觉、影像、音乐、制作和媒介传播之间的关系； 4、提案表达成熟，能面对客户、代理公司和内部销售团队进行清晰、有说服力的现场沟通。

加分项 1、服务过汽车、奢侈品、时尚、3C、互联网科技等高端品牌，或有国际/国内主流广告节获奖作品； 2、有国际化艺术、传播、电影或广告教育背景，具备跨文化审美和全球广告视野； 3、理解AIGC视频生产，能与AI导演共同设计适合Seedance等工具表达的创意。
