日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、业务分析和流程梳理：负责维护团队的数据看板池和活动流程梳理，复盘各个营销活动，横纵向分析业务数据，为业务策略和业务流程提供建议； 2、项目管理和活动执行：根据营销计划推动活动的准备和落地，包括内外部的沟通与协调、系统操作，保证营销活动成功执行； 3、大促资源管理：协助统筹各类大促项目资源，支持活动排期、资源位梳理、跨团队协同及上线节奏推进，确保资源分配合理、执行高效，保障重点营销节点顺利落地； 4、产品玩法策略运营：结合业务目标、用户需求及营销场景，参与产品玩法策略的规划、配置、上线及效果复盘，推动玩法持续优化，提升用户参与度、活动转化效率及整体运营效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、擅长跨团队沟通，英语流利，可作为日常工作语言，有国际化相关背景经历者优先； 3、善于观察和快速学习，逻辑清晰，执行力强，能够独立推进复杂事项落地，熟练掌握各类办公软件，具备数据处理和基础分析能力，会使用设计类软件者加分； 4、细心严谨，责任心强，能够高质量处理多线程任务，在大促、营销活动等项目中保持稳定输出； 5、面对复杂协同、紧急需求及项目变化时，能够积极应对并推动问题解决，具备较强的项目推进意识和结果导向； 6、对电商业务有热情和主人翁意识，有产品运营经验或大促相关经验者优先，每周到岗5天，实习时间6个月以上优先。
