1、基于Seedance核心模型及内部测试版本，独立完成从创意概念、视觉参考、剧本分镜到镜头生成、表演调整、剪辑和成片交付的AI视频全流程； 2、为商业广告中的AI部分提供创意、美学和技术支持，参与前期实拍讨论，并独立承担对应AI镜头或段落的生成与迭代； 3、自主策划并产出全AI原创广告或非商业影像作品，主动探索模型在叙事、角色、镜头、场景、情绪和风格上的能力边界； 4、从导演视角评估生成结果，识别角色一致性、动作合理性、镜头调度、空间关系、口型表情、风格稳定和多镜头叙事等问题； 5、沉淀Prompt、参考资产、工作流、失败案例和最佳实践，把创作痛点转译为算法、数据、产品和工具链可理解的改进需求。

1、具备广告导演、短片导演、动画导演、影视制作、数字媒体艺术或相关创作经验，有可验证的成熟代表作； 2、具备完整影像创作能力，熟悉剧本、分镜、场面调度、镜头语言、叙事节奏、声音和后期成片，不局限于单一工具操作； 3、熟悉Seedance、Runway、Luma、Pika、即梦、可灵、ComfyUI等主流AIGC视频/图像工具，能独立完成复杂AI影像项目； 4、能与实拍导演、视觉开发、后期和模型团队并行协作，在商业项目约束下平衡创意表达、技术可行性和交付周期； 5、具备强烈创作欲、好奇心和自驱力，愿意持续测试新版本、暴露模型问题并推动解决。

加分项 1、有全AI广告、动画短片、角色IP、风格化叙事视频或概念样片的公开传播案例； 2、有动画公司、影视制作公司、游戏CG、AI创作团队或国际精品工作室经验； 3、作品曾入围或获得国内外主流广告节、动画节、影像节奖项； 4、理解Diffusion、Transformer、多模态模型或数据训练的基本逻辑，能与算法团队深入交流。
