1、基于创意概念完成广告项目的视觉概念设定，包括视觉风格、色彩、场景、角色、材质、关键画面、故事板和动态影像方向； 2、与创意策划共同完成简报中的视觉章节，将抽象创意转成客户和制作团队可理解、可执行的视觉系统； 3、持续研究全球先锋影像、时尚、艺术、动画、电影、装置、3D和AIGC视觉趋势，建立实验室视觉参考库； 4、为AI影像导演提供画面参考、风格板和视觉约束，参与生成结果的审美判断与迭代； 5、在实拍、CG、虚拟制作和AI生成混合工艺中，与导演和后期总监共同保证视觉统一性与最终完成度。

1、具备广告美术指导、视觉开发、概念设计、动态影像设计、时尚视觉或高端商业内容设计经验，有成熟作品集； 2、审美上限高，能准确把握不同品牌和品类的视觉气质，具备从概念到关键画面的完整设计能力； 3、熟悉Photoshop、Illustrator、After Effects、Blender、Cinema4D、Unreal Engine等相关工具中的至少一类工作流，具体工具可按专长组合； 4、能将视觉研究、参考素材和设计判断组织成清晰的提案材料，具备跨创意、导演、后期和供应商沟通的能力； 5、对AIGC时代的视觉变化有强烈兴趣，能快速吸收新风格、新工具和新生产方式。

加分项 1、有汽车、奢侈品、时尚美妆、科技产品或艺术项目经验； 2、有国际化艺术院校背景、国际工作室经验或D&AD、Cannes Lions、One Show等相关奖项； 3、熟悉Midjourney、即梦、Seedance、Runway、ComfyUI等图像/视频生成工具，并能将其纳入视觉开发流程。
