1、负责火山引擎云原生日志服务（TLS，Tinder Log Service）存储分析引擎的设计和研发； 2、开展大规模高并发分布式系统架构设计与多维度优化研究（涵盖高可用、性能、成本、资源利用率等方向），实现千亿级日志数据的实时查询与分析能力，为用户提供极致的查询体验。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、熟练掌握Linux环境下Golang/Python/Java/C/C++中的一种或几种，以及相应开发框架下的服务端多线程、高并发处理技术，具备代码整洁、重构、单元测试等良好的编码习惯； 3、熟练掌握常见的数据结构和算法； 4、熟悉网络的基本原理，如TCP/IP协议、HTTP协议等。

加分项 1、对技术有强烈的进取心，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力优先； 2、有日志服务平台、PB级检索系统、大数据系统或OLAP系统架构设计和开发经验，熟悉Flume/Kafka/Hadoop/HBase/Spark/Storm/ELK/ETL/Hive/ZK/ES/Lucene/Presto等常见大数据基础组件的使用、原理或调优者优先。
