团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

1、深度参与多模态模型研发迭代，与算法、产品团队共同定义模型能力目标，拆解关键问题，制定训练数据及模型评测方案； 2、负责训练数据体系的规划与建设，包括数据需求分析、数据策略设计、数据标准及标注方案制定、质量机制设计和最终验收，持续提升数据的有效性、多样性与覆盖度； 3、搭建并持续优化音视频模型评测体系，设计主、客观评测方法，进行评测集构建与迭代，进行评测结果分析，识别模型短板并推动算法及数据迭代； 4、跟踪多模态大模型数据与评测领域的行业进展和前沿方法，结合实际业务沉淀可复用的数据生产、质量管理及模型评测方法论； 5、牵引内、外部数据生产和模型评测团队落地执行方案，明确交付标准与质量要求，建立稳定、高效的数据生产和质量闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上模型评测、数据策略或训练数据相关经验； 2、理解大模型基本原理，具备文本、语音、视觉或Agent等任一模型方向的数据或评测经验； 3、能够深入模型研发过程，独立完成能力拆解、数据策略、标注标准、评测集、评测指标及评测方案的设计，并指导初阶同学开展工作； 4、具备较强的模型问题分析和归因能力，能够从评测结果及典型案例中识别模型能力边界，提出可落地的数据或算法优化建议； 5、具备较强的数据质量把控意识，能够并行保证复杂项目的高质量数据交付； 6、具备良好的语言敏感度、逻辑分析及跨团队协作能力，语言学、计算语言学、汉语言、小语种、心理学等相关背景优先，有从0到1搭建评测体系，或有复杂数据生产项目负责人经验者优先。
