1、了解大数据、数据产品、数据中台数据应用等行业趋势，根据行业客户的战略、业务、产品及技术需求及公司内部产品布局，制定数据产品To B解决方案； 2、深入分析客户需求，撰写售前阶段等各类项目文档和方案，与BD、业务拓展部门紧密合作，共同推进产品及解决方案拓展／销售过程，包括方案交流、需求分析、解决方案设计、商务合同签订等； 3、使用各类数据产品，为客户落地实现需求设计方案；基于行业客户特点，通过大数据、数据分析及应用等技术孵化行业性创新性解决方案； 4、熟悉公有云的业务，支持公有云大数据业务增长。

1、计算机相关专业优先； 2、3年以上企业级To B解决方案规划/售前工作经验，有成功案例及行业客户资源优先，具备项目交付经验最佳； 3、有大数据、数据中台相关经验，熟悉大数据生态环境，掌握Hadoop、Hive、Kafka、Spark、Flink等大数据技术栈，了解数据采集、数据治理、数据资产等产品功能； 4、有公有云大数据产品商业化经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的文档/PPT撰写能力、逻辑思维能力、抽象总结能力以及表达能力，热爱大数据行业，擅长指标体系搭建与业务场景分析思路建设，具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动意识，能够独立探索并协同解决问题。
