团队介绍：字节跳动推荐架构团队，负责字节跳动旗下相关产品的推荐系统架构的设计和开发，保障系统稳定和高可用；负责在线服务、离线数据流性能优化，解决系统瓶颈，降低成本开销；抽象系统通用组件和服务，建设推荐中台、数据中台，支撑新产品快速孵化以及为ToB赋能。

1、负责面向大型推荐系统的智能开发套件工具和产品前端开发； 2、负责核心产品的调研与选型，提出专业且合理的方案建议，技术驱动为业务创造更多价值； 3、承担业务重点、难点的技术攻坚，包括但不限于前端架构演进、编辑器、复杂场景可视化、国际化等技术建设； 4、负责指导中低级别同学，带领项目成员达成业务及技术目标，并定期组织分享与交流，帮助团队共同进步。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业； 2、熟悉JavaScript/CSS/Typescript/Node.js等前端技术及相关标准规范，至少掌握一种（React/Vue）前端开发框架的使用和原理； 3、熟悉前端工程化体系，在研发效能、性能体验优化、稳定性、自动化测试等方面有一定的认知和实践； 4、具备良好的业务理解能力，提升产品的用户体验，技术驱动业务的发展； 5、具备良好的责任心和解决问题能力，能主动发现问题并推动解决方案落地； 6、加分项：有系统前端架构经验；有开源项目经验；有AI提效经验。
