团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、负责项目全生命周期管理： 1）负责项目规划、执行与交付，跟踪项目进展，定期输出指标，保障里程碑与业务目标达成； 2）协调跨团队合作，识别项目卡点与技术风险，推动问题闭环，保障项目按时高质量交付； 3）理解机器学习完整研发链路，支撑复杂项目落地； 2、负责AI资源与效能提升相关项目管理： 1）负责GPU等算力资源类项目管理，组织优化资源分配策略，平衡交付效率与成本； 2）了解多地域、多机房部署及容灾方案，助力提升资源利用率与运维效能； 3）支撑异构硬件NPI项目的引入、验证、落地与规模化推广，协同Infra团队开展联合优化，持续对齐硬件资源、平台能力与业务诉求； 3、优化流程与协作： 1）优化组织流程与跨团队协作机制，推动需求准入、优先级对齐、计划管理、风险跟踪、决策闭环、复盘沉淀等动作标准化； 2）通过工具链建设与流程迭代，提升团队整体研发交付效率； 3）持续沉淀项目管理方法论，完善项目交付标准。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上技术项目管理工作经验； 2、可独立推进复杂项目，擅长目标拆解、计划对齐、资源协调、风险识别与问题闭环，保障关键节点交付； 3、具备优秀跨团队沟通及结构化表达能力，能够把复杂技术问题转化为落地项目动作、风险判断与决策建议； 4、具备英文读写与口语沟通能力，可支撑跨地域团队协作； 5、有异构硬件NPI、GPU集群管理、算力资源效能优化、流程机制搭建、PMO度量体系建设经验优先。
