1、负责向客户提供大数据架构技术咨询服务，解决对接过程中的技术问题与诉求； 2、根据客户的业务场景和应用目标，制定技术方案，解决交付过程中的技术问题，并通过持续性的解决问题沉淀交付能力，提升客户体验和满意度； 3、负责稳定性体系建设，从发现、止血与恢复链路运维体系建设，保障业务连续性； 4、协助客户检查和治理环境，负责客户重大活动保障、节假日保障、技术架构项目的组织、方案制定及整体协调； 5、负责沉淀大数据经验向文档化、工具化以及标准化推进，赋能生态合作伙伴。

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上大数据技术相关工作经验（如SRE、运维、技术支持经验），具备数据架构或业务咨询能力； 3、熟悉至少2～3个方向： 1）熟悉大数据开源组件，如Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Hive/Presto/Trino/Doris/StarRocks/Iceberg/Paimon/Hue/DolphinScheduler/Kyuubi等； 2）熟悉Linux/Unix系统、网络、硬件相关知识，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes/Istio等容器技术和工具，具备大型IT系统实施和运维经验优先； 3）熟悉数据导入导出的过程，熟练使用一种调度工具Azkaban、Airflow、Oozie、DolphinScheduler、Kettle等； 4）熟悉OLAP引擎，熟悉数据库存储引擎或者分布式存储相关模块设计实现（如ClickHouse、Greenplum、MySQL、Doris、KV等）； 4、具备大数据产品问题的故障排查能力，具备多线程并行工作能力； 5、具备良好的客户服务意识与团队协作意识，责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达与自驱力，具备大规模公有云生产保障经验优先，熟悉一个或多个业内大数据平台产品优先。
