1、负责字节跳动下一代云平台核心系统的架构规划与顶层设计，包括但不限于：网关/权限、交易支付、计量计费、预算配额、AI基建等核心模块，确保系统的与可扩展性； 2、负责基础架构和火山引擎间的多云、多机房调度层建设，致力于让内部业务在保持字节跳动技术生态体验的基础上，无缝使用和迁移到火山引擎标准产品； 3、深刻掌握字节跳动基础架构技术体系，结合业务痛点与演进方向，从架构视角在稳定性、成本、架构决策和定制系统层面，赋能集团业务服务体验与架构演进； 4、构建高标准的技术团队，指导并培养核心技术骨干，通过技术决策和架构审查，提升整体工程质量与研发效率。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机科学基础； 2、熟练掌握Go/Python/Java/C++等主流开发语言，具备技术实践能力和系统架构设计能力； 3、具备深厚的分布式系统研发与演进背景，熟悉调度系统、存储、缓存、消息队列等底层基础设施，有公有云或企业级研发平台从0到1的设计与建设经验； 4、对分布式系统有深刻理解，具备高并发、高可用（如异地多活、多机房/跨云调度）架构的设计与成功落地经验； 5、具备较强的跨团队沟通与复杂项目的推动落地能力，有技术团队管理或核心骨干培养指导经验，能从全局视角进行技术决策与架构把控。
