1、参与字节跳动商业化DOU+产品设计，主要负责DOU+投放策略方向的工作，包括投放链路、转化产品、竞价策略的优化； 2、深入中小客户营销及个人客户账号经营场景，洞察客户的投放需求，结合平台转化链路，设计并交付竞价原生广告解决方案，实现平台和客户共赢； 3、针对内容加热和浅层营销场景，迭代竞价广告投放机制（如OCPM、Nobid、控成本出价、自动化投放等），在客户预算和用户体验约束下，最大化提升广告的跑量能力和效果； 4、通过投放链路数据拆解、实验设计、数据分析、内外部信息调研等挖掘优化点，设计相应的优化策略，并协同研发、数据分析、运营等多个团队完成项目的推进和落地； 5、构建相关基础设施，包括但不限于跑量监控、诊断策略、用户体验等，协助洞察定位和诊断业务问题，找到策略机会点。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网商业产品经验，熟悉互联网广告业务模式及广告投放策略； 2、理解效果、品牌、种草等不同广告类型的差异，理解竞价广告投放机制，有原生广告相关经验优先； 3、有较强的客户思维，不拘泥于现状，从客户诉求出发推动产品创新； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、自驱力，具备强烈的好奇心，接受不确定性，愿意与团队共成长； 5、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，可以与研发、运营、数据科学等团队高效合作。
