日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与国际Dreamina App产品与内容玩法探索，围绕AI创作、互动玩法等方向，参与功能策划、产品设计及落地推进； 2、关注国际AI创作趋势及内容生态变化，洞察新创作方式与内容形态，挖掘潜在趋势玩法与内容机会，通过线索挖掘、作者合作、活动运营、传播放大等方式，提升产品影响力及内容生态活跃度； 3、与运营、设计、算法等角色密切配合，推动国际产品功能迭代、效果优化及上线，持续提升产品体验与用户价值； 4、收集并分析真实用户反馈，挖掘潜力内容与产品机会点，支持产品持续迭代优化； 5、参与国际化市场调研，关注国际用户需求、内容偏好与行业动态，支持国际化产品策略迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周可保证4天到岗，可连续实习3个月，可长期实习者优先； 3、对AI有强烈好奇心，了解或使用过AI图像/视频/内容生成工具，不要求技术背景，但要愿意探索和折腾； 4、有出色的产品策划能力、自我驱动力及沟通协调能力，能参与产品方向制定并拆解为可执行方案； 5、英语可作为日常工作语言，听说读写流利，英语六级、雅思6.0+或同等水平者优先； 6、有国际内容趋势观察、内容账号运营、作品集，或C端产品/内容/社区相关实习、项目经验者优先。
